DO NOT MOVE HERE

This was an amazing complex for many years. The staff was excellent, kind and always willing to help. This building was purchased in August 2016. The new owner is very rude and could care less about his tenants. Water is shut off for hours at a time with no notice to tenants, during construction the building has been dirty and a safety hazard for weeks. Rent prices are sky rocketing, and according to the owner they will continue to increase every year. THIS BUILDING IS NOT WORTH THE NEW RENT… PRICES BEING CHARGED. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNCARING NEW MANAGEMENT. There are many other cheaper options in surrounding towns with kind people who care about tenants.

The property will have a great new look including new amenities such as a laundry room, fitness center, dog park, reserved parking, private garage parking and much more.

Review

The shopping is very close ,movie theater, workout facilities all with in 5 min. great location. Staff is great. Common areas well maintained. down side no pool
