We asked them to check up our sink, they came after 2 hours and let us know they are gonna fix it in couple days.

Today we went out to eat, maintenance came when we were out, the office didn’t let us know that they would come today, maintenance just went in our unit and our apartment security alarm was on.

It is funny that it was on for 15-20 mins and the office did not call us to let us know about it. The security company called to ask us what we want to do about situation. We turned off… the alarm.

And the office called and told us that you guys called us and complained about sink and we went into apartment and it happened, why didn’t you guys let us know? How can we let them know we are out, if they didnt let us know that they are coming today. I told her that, and she said we should let them know, probably she didn’t want to take responsibility. I was not mad at all about the maintenance went to our unit I was upset about her attitude. At least she explains us what happened and apologize not letting us know that they would come today. Instead of that I needed to hear she blamed us not letting them know we are going out.

when I arrived at home I called office if they are coming by 4:30 which we talked over the phone with the office. I wanted to double check cause they usually take 2hours to show up.

Now, she yelled at me like I told u guys call to office when u arrive so are u guys home or what? I said we are home, so i want to know if u are guys coming by 4:30? She yelled at me back like I told u to call and So we could come sooner. I said I am not saying to come sooner, i want to double check the time that we set up. She literally, said whatever bye and hung up the phone.

I called again, ask so are u guying coming? She literally yelled at me, I do not care about ur attitude.

I really don’t know if it is okay them to treat their tenant like this. They just came to our unit without any notice and yelling and blame. After this situation, I don’t feel secure. Read More

Management is Terrible and Rude. Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance only cover up things like mold in the bathroom ceiling. I stayed because I love the area and the school near by. I just couldn't deal with it anymore.

I have been with this complex for years! I have recommended people here in the past despite some issues that we dealt with but now is somehow our fault.
Plumbing is terrible. Yes, there is a trickle of hot water for dishes and its never been resolved.
The maintence only cosmetically covers things but never actually fixes the issue. 2 or 3 times our tiles fell in the bathroom and they had to come fix it but they never fixed the plumbing. Guess who they are now blaming for the tiles that fells… out? Yes...us. I even have video of their cieling caving in and water leaking like crazy. They come to do work and never ever return to finish it unless you call them. They installed a doorknob with the saftey on the room side so my son was locked in. They had to remove it and bc they never came back to instal another one they are trying to charge me for it. The maintence is all nice but they just dont actually fix anything. The mindset of taking care of your place is lacking in a big way.
I came into the apt w old carpeting and it took me 6 months to have them change it when my son was crawling. 6 months of me calling to remind them to take care of a paying tenant.

Im currently disputing charges unfairly made to us from our return security deposit they are literally glossing over all the evidence I have and re stating the charges. I have photos and all but still they are claiming things. This experience has completely changed my feelings bc some things are tollerable in your loving space but having to let things go and then deliberately screwed over...people deserve to know!
There are cheaper apartments that re actually nicely updates with dishwashers and all a neighboorhood away. 200 extra a month for this hassel is not worth it. Read More

Place is disgusting! I was told I was in a non pet building and that served to be a lie!
Total rehab needed in the units. Apartments are cold and you are forced to use the oven for heat. Management is unprofessional and mean!
Please don't move here unless something changes!
