Woodland Court Apartments

I would be very unlikely to recommend this property. Based on my experience, residents are paying significantly higher rent for very little in return. Extra rent was charged for amenities like the pool, which was not open for over two years during my stay. I moved in from Orchard Estates and was met with extremely dirty carpets. Hopefully, renovated units are better maintained, because the classic units clearly were not. If you plan to move in, don’t expect the yearly carpet cleaning to be... offered, you’ll have to call and hope someone actually responds. Communication from management, specifically Nicole, was consistently poor. There is another manager, Kyhia, who is kind and responsive, but I didn’t have the chance to work with her until I was already moving out. Living here is amazing. The staff is very helpful, I have never seen a rodent or a bug unless I go outside. The only downside is that we are close to a cemetery, so when the dead start to rise, you are screwed. Other than that, good parking, good neighborhood, close to everything. No complaints.

I have drove pass this property many times going shopping in that area! I have always thought the grounds were well maintained! I would love to live there one day! again beautiful, quiet vision of great living!
