Newly Remodeled one and two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in Antioch, Il. Tiffany Lake Apartments offers residents the comfort of home with convenience of nearby parks and grocery stores.

Relax in one of our newly renovated apartment... homes, featuring kitchens with abundant counter space, large windows and ample closet space. Each unit also includes a free storage unit and parking. There is a conveniently located, full laundry facility in the building.

Tiffany Lake Apartments is conveniently located near Pedersen Park and Tiffany Farms Park and close to Jewel-Osco. The beautiful and historic downtown Antioch is a quick and relaxing ten minute walk from your new home.

Owner pays for trash, sewer, water and gas. Tenant pays for electric (approximately $25/month). Free storage and parking!

Some pets are allowed - this depends on the size and number of pets. Please call/text and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have! All of the Tiffany Lake Apartment team members can speak both English and Spanish.

Please note: The one bedroom apartments has tile floor throughout the entire apartment. The two bedroom models have tile only in the kitchen and bathroom.

This apartment building rocks and the landlord is always there to repair stuff. I'm in mid 40s and this building is great. The snow is always plowed and salted (although someone keeps stealing the shovel the landlord keeps placing at the entrances).

Like all apartments/houses/buildings, things break and leak. Any repair is fixed in under 24 hours. The residents here are pretty cool and quiet. There are the occasional noises but anytime I say anything about it, it is quickly fixed too.

I'm... super happy to be in this apartment, and I hope my friends I've made through the years here and I can stay for a very long time to come.

Great place to call home

I could not be happier living in this building. The inside and outside have been remodeled. There is a new stone garden in the front which replaced an outdated brick design. I love walking in the front entrance on pretty flooring. I'm always proud to bring guests. I am a close walk to Jewel-Osco, a local park and downtown Antioch. The landlord is great with fixing things quickly. There is tons of parking for family and friends. For the inside of my apartment - the floor plan was easy to work... with and there are HUGE windows that let in lots of natural light. Considering the rent amount, this place is a steal. I don't plan on moving out for a long, long time :)

My apartment

It's close to the schools nearby, which is good for kids. The old people complained a lot though, so now kids can't play outside. It's supposed tobe a family friendly environment but it's really not able to be. We've lived here for 5 years and we've run out of space to put things. So we are basically surrounded by children's toys and so. Many. Clothes.
