Tiffany Lake

This apartment building rocks and the landlord is always there to repair stuff. I'm in mid 40s and this building is great. The snow is always plowed and salted (although someone keeps stealing the shovel the landlord keeps placing at the entrances).

Like all apartments/houses/buildings, things break and leak. Any repair is fixed in under 24 hours. The residents here are pretty cool and quiet. There are the occasional noises but anytime I say anything about it, it is quickly fixed too.

I could not be happier living in this building. The inside and outside have been remodeled. There is a new stone garden in the front which replaced an outdated brick design. I love walking in the front entrance on pretty flooring. I'm always proud to bring guests. I am a close walk to Jewel-Osco, a local park and downtown Antioch. The landlord is great with fixing things quickly. There is tons of parking for family and friends. For the inside of my apartment - the floor plan was easy to work... with and there are HUGE windows that let in lots of natural light. Considering the rent amount, this place is a steal. It's close to the schools nearby, which is good for kids. The old people complained a lot though, so now kids can't play outside. It's supposed tobe a family friendly environment but it's really not able to be. We've lived here for 5 years and we've run out of space to put things. So we are basically surrounded by children's toys and so. Many. Clothes.
