Beautiful building, but….. The power outage during the storm on August 9, 2025 showed up several problems. There were no emergency lights in the stairways! Extremely difficult to get back to my apartment Front door key fob not working preventing returning residents from entering the building. Screens did not drop down in front of elevators

The storm on August 10th, 2025, was indeed an unprecedented event resulting in the Governor declaring a National Emergency and we recognize the serious inconvenience it caused for our residents. Our building… experienced a widespread power outage, which unfortunately impacted several of our building systems, including stairwell lighting, access control, and elevator safety features.

Your concerns are very important to us, and we have been actively working with our contractors to review and improve our emergency protocols. Specifically, we are addressing the stairwell emergency lighting, ensuring that access systems have backup solutions with a longer duration in place, and verifying that elevator safety measures function properly during outages.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this extraordinary situation, and we remain committed to making sure our building remains not only beautiful, but also safe and reliable for all residents.
