THIS IS THE PLACE TO RENT!

5 star overall. Don't listen to any bad reviews they exaggerate, I lived here 3.5 yrs. Great new management in 2021, they are extremely nice and work with you. Maintenance is on top of there game, any problem or repair is done asap! For the price, Ashton is as good as it gets period! Very clean, modern, quiet, safe, and location does not get any better EVERYTHING is right here! I looked at dozens of places to rent around O'hare and they all dumps unless you have big bucks to spend. I wish I… could have bought the unit that I was renting.

Runaway as fast as you can!!!

This place is no longer! Besides reports of a purse snacker in the parking lot. Gun shots and police cars being in the area are becoming more common now. The lastest being feom this Sunday when we heard a single gunshot and screaming from the unit below us (this couple has had multiple reports on them before for loud agruement and fights before as well as using the hallway as a personal storage room). We called the police and everyone is ok thank god! My fiancé and I no longer feel safe and want… to get out of here as soon as we can. As the previous review stated, it take the management forever to fix anything around here. The sometimes are bad at giving a notice as well as I once had a man on my balcony one morning and scared me almost half to dead. Turns out he was repainting the railing ??. Also, this place somehow lost my payment two times in a span of 6-7 months of each. Despite my fiancé and I’s efforts to both of our checks in the same envelope/plastic bad and have out unit number both on our checks as well as the envelope/plastic bag. The depressing part to is that is place really did used to be so nice about 2 years ago.... not anymore!!!

Terrible Mangement

Management doesn’t care about complaints. Like garbage area is a disgusting mess. A person with loud birds that don’t care about others screaming in the middle of the night and early morning should be banned from this place. People not following rules.....like washing clothes in the middle of the night, useing powder soap in the new laundry machines which take liquid ONLY and slamming doors at all hours of the day. I would like somebody of management to do there job and take care of these… serious complaints. Not yet accomplished. It’s been over a year and a big zero!
If I where you don’t live here! Also snow removal is a complete joke! Took them three days to clean the snow from the last small storm.
I get it it’s a apartment. But people have rights and pay rent to be clean and quiet, like everybody else. The best thing is the dogs here are super quiet, maybe the adults could learn from them.
