Why so rude?

Just got off the phone with the property management company, Calibrate, as we are looking for our first studio/1 bedroom apartment in Chicago. I understand it is 4:30pm on a Saturday and they close at 5pm, but seriously WHY the attitude and rudeness.

As we navigate this process this is a red flag if you cannot even be nice on the phone as this is our first time renting a place out of college and we have questions about the process and timing. HOW on earth would they respond if we had apartment… issues?

Stay away.
