Best Appartments in Arlington Heights

Other than rent being too high for me, this place is definitely worth the price. Unfortunately I will have to move because the rent goes up every year, if I could stay i would. Management are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance on the buildings are in good standings. Pool will be close to be repaired soon. Parking Lots were just done in the summer of of 2026. Dog friendly, park nearby. Community is great. No negatives about this place. They did break into my car when I first moved in, but… what am I gonna do about it .that doesn't define my experience living here.

There are two elevators installed, but one has been out of order for a long time and cannot be used.
Additionally, the shutter at the exit of the underground parking garage has also been broken for a long time, so we can only enter and exit through the entrance, which is very inconvenient.
We would greatly appreciate it if these could be repaired as soon as possible.
