There are two elevators installed, but one has been out of order for a long time and cannot be used.
Additionally, the shutter at the exit of the underground parking garage has also been broken for a long time, so we can only enter and exit through the entrance, which is very inconvenient.
We would greatly appreciate it if these could be repaired as soon as possible.

All thing’s considered, it’s been a great experience so far at Central
Park East. Both Richard and Susan have made the leasing experience very easy. My apartment was clean and ready on time. Very nice grounds and everything looks very well kept. My only concern is a couple of the advertised amenities do not exist. These are the Outdoor Hot Tub and Nature/Fitness Trail. However, there are many other nice amenities here and it’s a very quiet and peaceful area.
