I’ve lived in several suburban apartment complexes, and CPE is by far the best one. It’s clean and quiet, which is great, but it’s more than that: Property management is top-notch, the maintenance guys are great (on the rare occasion you even need to call them) and we’ve had so many nice neighbors. We moved in with a plan to stay for two years, then we’d buy a house. But we’ve really enjoyed living here and it feels like home (except it’s basically maintenance-free) so we are coming up on 14... years with no plans to move anytime soon.

Renting at Central Park East versus owning a condominium....

No question that living at Central Park East is far greater than owning a condominium somewhere else.

The location, community, and high quality living conditions are worth the cost of renting.
