This is my 7th yr. Living here. I have enjoyed every minute of it. The units are great the grounds and hallways are always kept clean. And the staff members are so kind and friendly they genuinely care about the tenants. I would highly recommend living in Orion Arlington Lakes community to anyone.

Orion Arlington Lakes is a great place to live i have been here for 6yrs already. I have never had any problems with anyone. Our leasing office is run by Ishia, she is amazing. She is truly on top of things. Very friendly and professional. The maintenance team here Leo and Kevin are always very friendly and professional they do there job and they do it well. The property is always kept up and looks nice.

A complete waste of money

Bad management
Bad apartments, bugs everywhere
0 quality service
Ignore residents completely when they complain
and please don't lease here. It's a TRAP.
Leasing manage just respond to make other viewers feel better. We have not received full level of satisfaction after leasing officer said they would like to work towards a solution. Unacceptable management I have seen in my entire history of renting apartments.

Is there a way to give 0 star?
Very bad management.
Residents are bound to over pay… rent and they don't do any single work after you sign the contract since now anything happened, residents are bound to follow the rules but the leasing office is not. Would not recommend this to anyone. They just care about money.

There is a high pitching sound coming out of our bathroom which by the way can be heard in the entire house and it affects our sleep. We wake up in the middle of the night and then not able to sleep. But they are not doing anything for this since it is NOT EMERGENCY according to the leasing office and maintenance.

They are asking for much more in the rent but the apartment is not even worth $50.

AGAIN - Would not recommend this to anyone.
