Would NOT recommend
I would not recommend living at Loryln Apartments. Management seems to only care about attracting new tenants, not the people who have lived here for years. They’ll renovate and make apartments look nice to get people to sign a lease, but once you’re living here, it feels like you’re completely forgotten.
The lack of communication and concern for long-term residents is incredibly disappointing. Whenever issues come up, management is difficult to work with and doesn’t seem interested in finding... reasonable solutions. Instead of working with residents, they often come across as inflexible and dismissive.
The property itself could use much better upkeep. There are things that have needed attention for a long time, yet it feels like they only focus on appearances when they’re trying to rent out another unit. Existing residents deserve the same level of care and attention as new ones.
Overall, it feels like once you’ve signed your lease, you’re no longer a priority. Good management should value the people who continue to live in and take care of the community, not just the next person they’re trying to move in. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to live here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment where management genuinely cares about its residents.
