Not accurate

Sq Ft advertised includes the garage. As others point out, they never fix anything. Getting snow removed only happens after you threaten to not pay rent.

It's degraded considerably in the past 10 years

Property manager is rude and hardly ever on the premises. Maintenance is unprofessional. The once had a good maintenance man who knew his stuff, but the got rid of him because they no longer wanted to pay a professional. We have had creatures living in our walls, and although we asked them to do something to get rid of the problem, they never did, and we still hear scratching in the walls and occasionally get a whiff of something that died in there. Now, the awful property manager is refusing to… renew our lease, although we have been here for ten years, have ALWAYS paid our rent in full before the first, and have been good tenants. Horrible management that cares nothing for the tenants. NOT a good place to rent anymore.

They do not fix anything

If I could give 0 stars, i would. It's been 6 months and nothing is fixed. Dishwasher since day 1. Washer from 2 months in and it's at a little over 6 months. DO NOT RENT! TRUST ME!
