Not the best available
COVID19 has led to the discontinuation of all social activities. Residents are basically confined to their living units. Custodial staff is good but over-worked as they must maintain other off site properties. No non-emergency repairs (light bulbs, cabinet doors, etc will be done until after COVID restrictions are lifted) Local office manager has an attitude and is rarely on site or available directly by phone. No email contact. Lack of daily maintenance means the place is getting grimy and worn... . Cats/small dogs allowed, deposit required. Off street parking, including handicapped is available. Visitor parking is limited.

smelly & dirty
facilities is badly in need of cleaning and tidy care. site manager has a bad attitude. residents are general secluded and low morale.
