Decent apartments, neighbors always moving in & out

Month to month lease, allows pets, walking distance from State Farm, and quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors last maybe a year because they are temp renting until they find a better place, usually they're all State Farm employees that just moved to the area.

Parking always available. Nothing fancy, nothing great, relatively cheap compared to the neighborhood and a bus stop right outside.

Landlord minds their own business but in the same sense doesn't really care what you do for better or... worse. Just pay your rent on time and you're golden.

12 minute drive to ISU.
