Sufficient
Here's the honest truth. These apartments are built directly behind Lowe's Home Improvement. I'm talking 20 feet away from their rear loading dock. You will, on a daily basis, be subjected to Lowe's intercoms blasting and chiming announcements every 3-5 minutes, rapid forklift honking (constantly), and loud semi trucks loading and unloading multiple times per day. Oh, did I mention this starts at 6:30AM and goes on until 10:00PM every single day?
So, if you can deal with CONSTANT tests to your... sanity and health, and maybe can afford noise canceling headphones to enable an actual good nights' rest, these apartments are quite nice inside. Modern, nice fixtures, granite countertops, etc. But don't say I didn't warn you about the Lowe's situation. (Core 3, maybe try to strike a compromise with Lowe's for the sake of your 100+ residents)
