Horrible Place, rude management and bad condition

First of all the condition of the apartments are terrible. I stayed there for less than half year so far. I have ants problem more than dozen times. Even worst, I spot a mice. When I talked to the management about the issue, they do send someone to do something. But the problem has never been totally taken care. Lastly the manager has never been patient. They won't spend much time to talk to you at all. It seems they always have attitude problem,especially Pat.

Greenleaf Apartments

The apartment I live in is a Section 8 building/HUD. It's for persons 55 and over if they are ill and on Medicare or Medicaid or 62 years and over.

There are nine different types of apartments. Most have one bathroom, ceiling fans with light kits, and a dish washer. My apartment has no ceiling fans, no lights, and no dish washer. My apartment has a bath and a half instead. The half bathroom is right by the front door which comes in handy more times than not!

The complex is kept clean… and the grounds are groomed to perfection. However, the rent keeps going up. I've only lived her for a little over a year and have already had two rent increases.

The apartment is close to shopping which is great! I like the apartment but would really like to have ceiling fans with light kits and a dishwasher. I can't have those much needed items because I have the bath and a half. It's a Sec 8 thing from what I'm told.
