The reason there WAS roaches is because people are dirty. Plain and simple. But that issue has been solved. I honestly have no issues (been here almost 10 years). Well If I had one comment would be to update the hallway carpet and paint.. The grounds crew are great. The ladies in the office are top tier always helpful, kind, courteous. The worst appointment ever. Be ready to have roaches and bugs in food , bags, dishwasher and bath.

Roach infested apartments, everywhere; good luck getting rid of them they're in the halls and will always be in your home.

We've been living in the complex for about 2 months now, it's a nice place for us who are empty nesters now. The only downside to this place is that, occupants on our floor continue to close all doors leading from one hall to another. The smell from everyone's cooking is overwhelming, and when you walk outside your door, it's not a pleasant smell. There is also another downfall to living here. The very first time I stepped outside onto our porch, I got wet because, my upstairs neighbor was... watering her plants, I looked up I noticed the porch had cracks between the boards it's a poorly designed porch. If, I were to consider staying here after my lease is up. There would have to be some hard consideration. And, did I mention that all the laundry rooms are in need of a makeover. I never wash my clothes here it's a good thing we insisted on a washer and dryer in our apartment. One more thing we are big on recycling but, we are limited to recycling and outside our building. Roaches coming out of the walls! If you can deal with the roaches it has stainless steal appliances, washer and dryer in unit, nice size balcony.
