We moved into 301 Riverwalk Place in 2021 and have enjoyed every minute of living here. Our unit faces the forest preserve. We enjoying have coffee on the balcony to watch the sunrise when weather permits. Our property manager Darcie goes above and beyond her job description. If there is a problem she is on it right away. My husband and I lived at Riverwalk for a year, it was like a 5 star hotel , clean and quiet. All our shipments was delivered to our door . At the entrance flowers were changed twice a week . Beautiful smell . Just a very relaxing place. We missed it.

The community is like non-other. Darcie has complete and professional control over the property. The grounds and condition are unlike comparable apartments and well worth the expense. I was proud to show the apartment and was confident management always had the knowledge to keep the property at a very high level of upkeep.
The parties were nice too and a great way to get to know others.

Before moving because of a job location change, I lived at 301 Riverwalk Place for four years. I am an attorney with a busy schedule, and I need a well-managed building and fellow residents who share my need for comfortable living spaces and quiet hallways and residences. 301 Riverwalk provided everything I could ask for.
