When I read reviews before moving in it was 50/50 on good or bad. I thought because me and my flat mates are outstanding tenants we wouldn’t have any issues, boy was I wrong.
They’ve charged my account without notification, taken months for refund, the interior halls have never been cleaned (repainted but you can still see the grime underneath), the exterior doors never locked properly, they took months to replace the couches that were falling apart when we... first moved in, and all of that is off the top of my head.
I’ve lived here for 2 years. Management was bad when I moved in and new management is bad too. You’d be better off in the dorms where at least maintenance is quick and the staff are friendly.

Impossible to Deal With
The grounds and apartment themselves were nice in my experience, but if you did have a problem, it was impossible to get management's attention. Only after nearly half a year of reminders, multiple broken promises of "we'll call you back", and a manager that seemed to evaporate anytime I showed or called up, did I receive compensation for accidentally double-paid rent for the last month of my occupancy. This was only the most egregious instance of such managerial negligence I experienced first-... and secondhand while living here.

Unmanaged
Apartment complex it's self is nice, management doesn't exist. I have delt with a RAT in my air vents, noisy upstairs neighbors, lost mail, and a broken lock from maintenance workers. Careless, unmanaged, and without a doubt unreasonably priced for the treatment of residents.

Horrible
My son moved in a month ago. They have several repairs including water spraying out of their washing machine, cracked door, holes in screens, huge hole in floor of outdoor storage closet, and the pool has been black since they moved in.... They were promised repairs and nothing has been done. I know of other tenants that don't even have a fire detector.

Great place to live
The pointe is a great place to stay. It is fully furnished, free printing, free WiFi and utilities are included. The staff is great love it here.
