I love living in Cape Trails. The staff is always really helpful and nice in the office. The facilities are really nice and well kept up. I love the fact that the apartments are fully furnished. This made for a simple move. I love the fact that there is a pool and a 24 hour fitness center to use on site of the apartment complex. If there are ever maintenance issues in the unit, facilities is always out to fix it within 24 hours.

Cape trails
Cape Trails is such a great place to live. I moved off campus my senior year so moving into a fully furnished apartment was perfect for me. When ever there is a maintenance issue, there workers are always come to the unit to fix it within 24 hours. The management in the office is super friendly and always willing to help out with anything in there abilities. There also is now a 24 hour fitness center available to residents. There is also an outdoor pool but obviously I'm not using that right now... . Overall I rate Cape Trails with five stars.

Good for college
The apartments are fully furnished, which is awesome for a college kid. The washer and dryer are already installed, and all of the utilities are included (other than electric). It's close to campus, and if anything needs maintenance, it gets fixed quickly. There's a saltwater pool and a fitness center, which are very nice. Cape trails has computers you may borrow, print documents, and a hang out room with a pool table among other cool things. Cape trails often has special community events like... free Buffalo Wild Wings, pool parties, and free meals during finals. It is an awesome apartment complex to live at.
