the apartment I currently live in is great deal for a college student. Everything is included, (water, gas, cable, you name it), electricity is separate, but it all cost $500 a month. it's a safe neighborhood with nice tenants in the building. the hallways smell a little and there's 4 flights of stairs to climb, but it works out perfectly. the employees are very kind and extremely generous. These apartments are great for pet owners. I have a Great Dane that weighs well over 100 pounds. After weeks of searching for a place that allows large pets, for a reasonable price, I found Saint Germaine Square. They were very welcoming of me and my dog. They even have treats in the main office. As for the apartments they are not top quality but for a college student they are more than enough. The 1 bedroom layout is spacious enough to not feel cramped. On an honest note, the only… recommendation I would give is to try and get an apartment on one of the lower floors. These apartments have only one A/C unit that's in the living room. This is fine except in the summer months as it gets very hot on the upper floors and the unit simply cannot keep up.
