Great Apartments

There’s so much room in the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Walk in closets are very spacious. The property is close to everything yet in a nice neighborhood family setting. Nowhere can you find a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for this price near here. The management is super friendly and maintenance is quick to fix anything. It’s a nice place to live in Carbondale.

St. Germaine Hill

I've have been living here for about a month now and it's been going pretty well. I haven't had any major complaints and if I did have any, it was taken care of immediately. The manager is always very helpful and maintenance comes as soon as possible. Looking forward to the rest of my year here!
