Storyboard at SIU

I’d literally rather live in a frat house basement than live here. The staff never answer their phones and don’t know how to deal with residents. I used the roommate matching service and was paired with roommates who threw away and destroyed my belongings and were absolutely insane and I was not reimbursed. I’m constantly overcharged, the WiFi is slow and I wish I had never signed here. All the “amenities” suck. It looks nice but it’s horrible. Take my advice and go live literally anywhere else.

Probably the best apartment in the area. the main issue is the walls are thin which the staff can't fix so invest in a white noise machine. Also kind of smells of weed in the hallways. but otherwise good, its kind of like living in a really clean best western.

The manger is horrible. She doesn't know how to deal with residents. She enters the apartment without permission and ask mantaince to enter the unit without permission. They act stupidly and childish. This place is not worth the money because you can not relax the train noise is going to give you headache. Honestly worst experience ever and I don't encourage anyone to live in this building which look like new from outside but definitely the construction of the building is terrible from the… inside. The apartments are okay but not worth the price and the bedrooms are crazy small. The reason to avoid this place however is the bad service. If you are looking to be matched with a roommate you can fill out the roommate form stating your interests and what you are looking for in a roommate but it won't matter, they pair you up with whoever signs up next and tell you they thought you would be a perfect match. The students who work there are sometimes very nice and helpful I wish I knew their… names because they are great but there are a few however that are awful, they act like you are always inconveniencing them and appear as if the last thing they want to do is help. The worst is the blonde one with the bad haircut, just avoid her. When I applied for the lease I gave them all of my information and then again when I signed, but when I was told to come get my key and parking pass they said they couldn't give them to me because I hadn't given them my birthday even though I did twice and therefore hadn't done my background check.
