Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building, with a fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are strictly prohibited, except for certified service animals, which must be notified prior to check-in. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, and transient visitors must comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises by 10 PM. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will incur a fee of $150 each to replace.
