Terrible
Gross and terrible. Awful management, smells like cigarettes, centipedes and cockroaches.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
The building mostly consists of studio apartments (there are a few one-bedroom apartments) which are adequate enough for one person to live in. Recent renovations such as replacing the carpeting with hardwood floors, remodeling the bike room, and upgrading the laundry room are a plus. The downstairs lobby has more of a welcoming look, as it has been arranged to cut down on the clutter from mail packages (which have been assigned a nice shelf for the mail carrier to put them on). The building... is conveniently located near public transportation and is steps away from the lakefront.
