Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items.
