Only registered guests may access the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
