Nobody really cleans common spaces, packages are routinely left outside or haphazardly in the front door area.
Worst of all the floors and walls are incredibly thin, allowing me to hear my downstairs neighbor playing the trombone every day, despite reaching out to them and management several times.

The entire staff at Planned Property Management is very friendly and helpful. They really listened to me when I was looking for a new apartment.
I didn't need much space, but I wanted my apartment to feel like home and they found me a really nice one. I enjoy how clean it is, the large windows, and the closet space. It is the perfect size for me! We also have a lot of nice features that come with the space. This includes both parking and laundry. There is also a nice lobby to come home to. Our... building engineer, Ozzie, is so friendly and helpful, just like the people at Planned Property Management. Overall I feel very well taken care of here.
I also love the location. Our street is very pretty and close to everything, including the park. Broadway is about a block away and that street is lined with different types of shops and restaurants. We are also very close to Whole Foods and Wrigley Field. Hike that the neighborhood feels a bit like a small town but with lots of fun big city stuff to do. There is a good amount of public transportation as v\ell. Very happy and cozy here!
