Just awful. NO RECYCLING for tenands.
Just awful. NO RECYCLING for tenands. Owner also never clears snow. Ever! So good luck not tripping on ice, as the drain drops rain n melted ice right at the walkways and doors ?????

old building, old apartments, very old appliances...old smell and the space (rooms are big but placed inefficient) is organized wrong. The only good thing is cheap rent and utilities incl.
