Unit #1R Lawn Care / Snow / Garbage Rotation Month & Responsibilities:

Unit #1R months include: February, June & October
Lawn Care - Trim lawn down below 1inch with either lawn mower or easily down with weed-whacker (not a lot of grass minimal patches in front). Usually 1-2 times a month is sufficient. Lawn barely grows.

Snow Care / Removal - shovel / salt shared walkway and parking area when there is snowfall during the assigned month. Everyone will pitch in during heavy snowfall.

Garbage Cans: Pick up every Friday
