Roaches and mice
That's all I have to say. You will have to call maintenance for pest control every week. Also the ceiling fell apart in the sunroom from water damage and although they "fixed" it with paint) it, it reoccurred. Everything is covered in white paint, the light fixtures. My pantry had several cabinets and drawers which were all painted shut. The kitchen windows were painted shut. The bathtub was painted white and completely chipped on the inside. The radiator in the bathroom had a "shelf" over it... made of a single piede of plywood . Fire hazard? The light fixtures are painted over so have fun trying to change a lightbulb. Lastly, ROACHES AND MICE.

More bedbugs.
I live in the unit 1 of 5128, only move here if you have a crush in the pest control guys, because you'll be seeing them every 2 weeks, 10 months in and still bedbugs.
And be aware that laudry center, means 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole building
and dishwasher I don't know where because I know 3 other apartments here, and none of them has one.

Bed Bugs
We just moved out of 5128 Unit 3 because they never solved the bed bug problem. There's no way the issue has been resolved, and it's disgusting that this building is on the market right now.
