Roach infested
Entire building is infested with German roaches. Ceilings leak every time it rains and has never been fully fixed or repaired, even after several maintenance requests. Mark is wonderful, however, new building management does not abide by Chicago tenant rights law and will enter your unit without providing proper 48 hour notice.

Full of roaches
I don’t recommend this apartment building, the maintenance is so poor and there’s roaches in every wall every floor every step . It’s disgusting. Even though the pictures of the apartment looks nice and they are remodel. They are full of roaches.

Terrible
Paying all this money to live with cockroaches. Laundry facilities is always filthy, the machines leave clothes still dirty, & infested with cockroaches. & 24/7 maintenance always has an attitude and barely does anything. INFESTED WITH ROACHES.
