(The unit has 3 stairs that go down,when you enter, but it's otherwise the same as a 1st floor unit). There is a support column in the living room, which makes it difficult to have a traditional living room furniture set, fyi.
The bldg has bike storage, and kayak storage first come 1st serve, and the limited kayak storage spaces are rentals with a small monthly fee.
Street parking in the neighborhood mostly doesn't require a permit.
Small dog, under 40lb, OR 1 cat are permitted.
