Neighbor horror story
I moved in to roaches in the refrigerator and freely roaming the kitchen. I allowed the landlord the time needed to exterminate. It took one month to get that done. When I was finally able to move in, I started noticing loud noises during late evening and early morning. Then I started to noticed I was being jarred awake by something. Because I had experienced this before, I knew my upstairs neighbor was causing my room to shake. She has escalated to the point of following me from room to room to... harass me. Of course my landlord has dismissed it as being something catty between neighbors. Except I've never met my neighbor and I'm pretty sure she doesn't want anyone living below her. It's been a nightmare. Don't waste your time or energy on this place.
