It also includes huge windows offering spectacular views of the city, a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, individually controlled heat and air, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. A flat screen TV with cable and high-speed internet are provided.
Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability. Parking is not provided at this location.

Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will always be provided whenever possible. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or complaints will not be tolerated. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only. If approved, any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in charges of $200 per item. Violation of these rules may result in charges, forfeiture of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
