Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the apartment or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only. Before booking, please message us with your pet’s details: type of pet, breed (if applicable), age, weight, and number of pets. Due to building regulations, we may not be able to accommodate all pets. Unapproved pets are not permitted. If approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Violation of these rules may result in charges, forfeiture of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
