It's a 5-minute walk to the L stop on Polk St, where the pink line provides direct access to West Loop, The Loop, and Pilsen. It's also a 5-minute drive to West Loop and an 8-minute drive to The Loop.
The apartment has central air, but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
