It's a 5-minute walk to the L stop on Polk St. The pink line provides direct access to West Loop, The Loop, and Pilsen. It's also a 5-minute drive to West Loop and an 8-minute drive to The Loop.
The apartment has central air, but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. There is a $150 fee for smoking. Quiet time is after 10 pm. There is a $75 charge per item for unreturned key or access device.
