It has been very positive, as always. The building is new and nicely maintained. The staff and concierge are super friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10 experience.

Amenities are nice especially the dog spa and front door person. Location makes it for easy access to a number of restaurants, retail and gyms.

I’ve lived in this building for over two years now, & I couldn’t be happier. The staff are one of the best parts of living here: incredibly helpful, understanding, & always responsive. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout for consistently going above & beyond, especially for someone like me who barely knows how to use a hammer.
One of the main reasons I left my previous apartment was bc of issues with the door staff. The door staff here are the complete opposite: professional, friendly, &... genuinely caring. It’s meant a lot to have people at the door who noticed & checked in. They always make you feel welcome, maybe a little too welcome, because I definitely talk their ears off.
The amenities are always clean & well maintained. Having a restaurant & grocery store right in the building makes life so much easier.
