Huge windows offer spectacular views of the city, and the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, and individually controlled heat and air. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided.
Early check-in is available for a fee of $149 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night, but we cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors such as building maintenance or construction, which may occasionally cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time will result in a $250 late check-out fee, and considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules will incur a minimum charge of $500.
