Please save your money. I could go into so much detail but it’s really that bad. Suspicious way to getting tenants to pay their rent (money orders/cashiers checks) that they claim they don’t receive when tenant clearly dropped to their desk and or gave to the property office. Elevator smells like dog pee. Amenities barely work. They have a group chat for concerns and what not and they consistently delete complaints and try to cover things up. Overall, just super suspicious.. corrupt company.... Also, if you look it up they are the only luxury building but the management owns multiple other buildings that are very low income or section 8 which explains how suspicious and inefficient they are with handling problems. Constantly smells like weed everywhere past the leasing office. You and all your stuff will smell like weed even if you don't smoke. Constantly loud.

The services are there but usually never available. Maintenance requests take weeks to get resolved. The rules they have in the building are laughable. The door person changes every 2 weeks which speaks so much about the building. You feel like you’re walking into someone’s place everytime you walk in the door. I do not recommend this place. There are much better managed buildings for the same price.
