Manager doesn’t do anything to correct issues nor communicates

Mail is stolen and the administration does nothing.

If I could give no stars I would! Ever since the new owners bought this place, it has gone downhill!! The lady at the front desk is so ignorant and rude! They don’t want to fix anything, a bunch of us have non working doorbells and they said it costs too much to fix, yet keep raising the rent. They no longer plow the parking lot just the driveway and it turns into a skating rink in the winter. The hallways look like we live in the projects, and would look nice with a new paint job and carpet... cleaning. The machines in the laundry room are always broke and it’s disgusting in there!! We moved to Atrium West late 2016 and we enjoy it here so far. The apartments are cozy, comfortable, spacious, and the location is great. There is a 24-hour grocery store next door and is also close to public transportation stops, many restaurants, and close to highways. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and the management is also very friendly and responsive. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have been living here for some time now and I must say I like it here. The management seems to care about us much more now. If you're looking for an affordable and well maintained place to live I do recommend Atrium West!
