Baric Commons

For the past 5 years, I have been a resident at Baric Commons. Over the years the property has changed and gone through a few management changes. The Current Property Manager is amazing and Godsend. Some individuals may not like the fact that she does her job, but I appreciate it. Whenever there is an issue or I need something repaired maintenance is usually on the job within 48 hours. There are a lot of younger people moving in which wasn't the case in the beginning. The noise level with all... the children has increased, but hopefully with the new school year that may decrease. Bad management,poorl maintenance and when you enter the property you smell weeds all the time. No stars . It’s full of field mice and to many vagrants . Property manager is a liar and not competent. Don’t move there,it’s tragic

My apartment is a nice size for a two bedroom. It also have a nice view you can watch the children enjoy themselves it isnt the best area but it is pretty safe neighborhood.

My wife and I share a nice 3bedroom apartment we are a family of three the reason I call it bitter sweet becuase he have peace and quite.the only thing about it is the owner can be a pain but for the peace of mind what can you say.

Baric properties or Baric commons are good for young adults, they are not good with mantance. Field mice are bad in the winter and summer months but they will work with you with late rent payments.
