The worst service ever
Service really bad… bugs everywhere…

Ok location. I have no problems with my apartment but building maintenance. Management needs to do a much better job at keeping the building running good and staying clear and odor-less! Step it up!

Bed Bugs
Bed bugs infestations and becoming an epidemic, they are everywhere and moving from apartment to apartment. Don't be catch by low rent price, cause you will spent lots of money for new furniture and pest control service, plus you are never going to rest because of bed bugs.

Meets the basic needs
Close to cta, airport & shopping. Helpful staff. 2 bedrooms/close parking are almost never available. Guest parking is far and very limited. Airplane fly very close to the building and can be very noisy. Safety is 6/10 for your car logos.
