Front desk failed to let us in even though we reserved a moving slot. Even though we reserved a moving slot, the front desk gave us trouble while getting into the building, resulting in a hour wait for Movers, which were charged for. This was extremely frustrating and we had to call the personal number for our leasing agent because the leasing office was closed and they cannot help us. What is the point of reserving a slot if no one actually knows we reserved the slot?

Maintenance Request Door lock's battery was replaced within hours of posting my request on Century Tower's portal site. Work was done fast and effliciently.

Great apartment, location, and staff! Century Tower where is a beautiful and unique apartment complex as it was once a grand Bank! It has an excellent location for downtown Chicago and the leasing agent Dejah was wonderful. I had a great tour and was very very impressed!.

Beautiful Lobby! The building appears to be well-maintained. Entrance is quite elegant. The apartments themselves were small. I thought the rent was high for the square footage.
