The lease renewal process was pretty pathetic. I never got an email or notification about my renewal as I have in years past and which I was expecting to get. If the process has changed that’s totally fine, but I have lived here for 3 years so I was unaware that I should expect anything different. I shouldn’t have to track down my lease. I also addressed several maintenance concerns via email to the leasing office and they were ignored and/or not addressed (and still have’t been). Pretty... ridiculous considering this is a “high end” building on the higher end of rent prices.
