Chateau on Wells

I am writing to say how extremely disappointed I am with my experience at Chateau on Wells. I had to follow up multiple times with leasing manager, Sarah, to just schedule a tour. Then I was passed along to Brooke, who I was unaware would be giving me the tour.

With Brooke, she very clearly had no experience with the units she was showing us. She did not introduce herself or the building at all and was overall very unprofessional.

After our tour, Brooke had said she would be providing a... follow up text/email and would send us a video of the unit we were unable to view. I have not heard from her. I even reached out a week later and have received no response.

Going into apartment searching, Chateau on Wells was my number one choice, but given your team's unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism we were not even able to CONSIDER this building. Read More

I love the place so far. Spacious units with tons of natural light. The finishings aren’t cheap, and I like that the rooms actually have lights. The elevators are quick and staff is responsive and helpful. Only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the gym. I really wish there was a more spacious, updated gym. All the gyms in this area are upwards of $260 a month so a quality gym in here would be a gamechanger.

Move in experience was amazing and the team ensured everything went smoothly! We absolutely love the neighborhood so far and can't wait to live here!

Great location and great units, the only thing wrong is sometimes I wish there was a doorman because the front door is gimmicky sometimes. The response from management team is very prompt though so all in all I do love living in this building!

Just moved in and loving it so far. Everyone has been super helpful during the move in process. The outdoor space is really nice to have in the summer.
