Management is unprofessional and unresponsive
I am writing to say how extremely disappointed I am with my experience at Chateau on Wells. I had to follow up multiple times with leasing manager, Sarah, to just schedule a tour. Then I was passed along to Brooke, who I was unaware would be giving me the tour.
With Brooke, she very clearly had no experience with the units she was showing us. She did not introduce herself or the building at all and was overall very unprofessional.
After our tour, Brooke had said she would be providing a... follow up text/email and would send us a video of the unit we were unable to view. I have not heard from her. I even reached out a week later and have received no response.
Going into apartment searching, Chateau on Wells was my number one choice, but given your team's unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism we were not even able to CONSIDER this building.
