Great experience during my first year living here! Move in was easy, apartment was clean and if I have an issue it is resolved within the day. Really enjoy everyone that works at the front desk - they are so kind and helpful!

Good, clean. Friendly staff. So many events which is cute for community building. Sometimes the hallways smell like trash because of the trash shoots but gotten better

We love the building and have been here for over 5 years, but it unfortunately has a roach problem and it’s gotten worse. They typically would come spray but just recently stopped using the pest company. They now do it themselves but we can no longer get our apartment sprayed since the new pesticide they use is not pet safe and we have two cats. It definitely makes us reconsider resigning a lease.
