Cornell Arms Apartments

BEWARE! BEWARE!BEWARE! Cornell Arms! Nice neighborhood but horrible place to stay the property manager is not reliable at all and is full of excuses. The apartment they rented to me was not up to par and filthy after having three weeks to fix it! All the windows where screenless and unsteady.Mold and rat holes everywhere! The manager of the property already let it be known from her mouth that her workers aren't reliable & irresponsible. I feel as though they're shady and is probably taking in a... lot of people whose having a hard time getting a apartment. I doubt if they're running credit checks! They're stealing your money, this place might as well be a abandoned building because they don't care about their tenants safety and well being. I'm happy i paid attention to the red flags.
