Dayton Court Apartments

Our apartment is one of the cheaper apartments in the area. Very close to both the Brown and Red lines, and there's the Halsted and Clark bus stops a short walk away. Plenty of shopping and dining areas are within walking distance, and the woes of buying groceries will soon be gone as a Mariano's is currently being built a few blocks away. The beach, zoo, and lakefront paths are all within walking distance. All utilities are included except electric, the building are gated, and there is bike... parking within the gated courtyard. There is also a small laundry facility in the bottom of one of the buildings. The apartment itself isn't that bad, and the maintenance responds fast. The only issues I've really faced are the tiles in our kitchen are coming up on the corners and we have yet to had this fixed. Also, the painting job is really awful. But again, for how pricey this area is, our first apartment was a steal. I would recommend it for those wanting to live in a nice area at a semi-reasonable price. Read More

This is a pretty great place to live for college students. The apartments are close to tons of nightlife in Boystown, and tons of restaurants. The building itself isn't glamorous, but they're great for the rent, between location and room size. And you won't want for natural light. Also the cute little courtyard that these apartments are named after is always well kept and a nice thing to come home to.
