the apartment and location are everything. I wish it had in-unit, that would be a major game changer! The noise above and next to me are loud, but that comes with apartment living.

The leasing office staff that helped me with my move out were not very knowledgeable with how the payment worked when transferring to a subletter, were not willing to look into it and were a little rude about it after I sternly told them that it was their job to know this kind of information. Wasn’t a great experience. Other than that it was fine! Nice enough building with good amenities. really nice front door staff and maintenance staff!

I love Eugenie's location. Short walk to park and lakefront. Best feature is the views from apartments and also from 44th floor common areas. The maintenance staff and front lobby employees are the best.

Great place to live! The building has everything you need in terms of amenities: pool, grills, big gym, sauna, lounge with amazing view, pool table, and free coffee everyday. There’s also an amazing maintenance crew to help with anything you need. The units aren’t the biggest ever, but they make up in other ways. Would recommend this place!

My experience so far has been amazing!! I found this place very last minute when I was in desperate need of a place to live, and this place has exceeded all expectations! The building staff members are incredibly friendly, the units are beautiful and look new, and the location is unbeatable. The con is that the rent is incredibly high and that is the only thing holding me back from staying here longer than my lease because most people can’t afford to keep up with these rent prices. I’m hoping… mine doesn’t go up by much, because I’d hate to leave.
